Multi-step function allows customized measurement with Pass/Fail indication within users’ selected parameters. GPIB and RS-232 are installed as standard features. Measurement Parameters: impedance, phase angle, inductance, capacitance, AC resistance, quality factor, dissipation factor, admittance, conductance, reactance, susceptance, DC resistance. GRAPH MODE is now a standard feature included with these models.
