Modular Work Benches

Rolled Front Edges Now Standard

Includes Adjustable Leg Extenders

BASIC BENCH

• Bolt-on heavy duty leg extensions accept floor glides. Adjustable leg extender kit included.
• Worksurface height 30". Adjust to 32", 34", 36" high
• Front and rear heavy gauge top support beams, allows 1000 lbs. distributed weight on worksurface.
• Baked on powder epoxy paint finishes. Sky Blue (cleanroom approved).
• Worksurface is laminated with industrial grade low glare white laminate to a full 1-1/4 thickness. Steel threaded inserts are installed in sealed underside for easy installation and strength
• Assembly Hardware: All attachment points are inserted with EZLocks inserts for easy assembly and high strength connections.

ACCESSORIES

Instrument Shelf

• Heavy gauge formed steel risers clamp onto work surface and attach to underside.
• Access covers detach for installation of SECIS (opt.)
• Full length under shelf channel beam support allows up to 500 pounds of distributed weight on shelf.
• Shelf is constructed in same manner as worksurface with matching low glare white laminate and is inserted for all options.
• Baked-on powder epoxy paint finish, Sky Blue.

Instrument Shelf Light Fixture

Single 48" tube fluorescent fixture with on/off switch mounted under the shelf. Includes wrap around diffuser, single outlet and cord (tube not included). Use with QS-SSL60 or QS-SSL72.

Electrical Channels

• The electrical channels and kits are engineered and manufactured by IAC to meet rigid U.L. requirements and are E.T.L. listed. All electrical terminates with an 8' molded power cord.
• Electrical channels may be mounted (1) top/rear of worksurface (2) under shelf front or rear, (3) top rear of shelf.
• SECIS electrical riser replaces riser covers.

Footrest

Heavy duty tubular design; adjusts front to rear; bright plated finish.

Drawers and Cabinets

Drawers are constructed of heavy gauge steel and are equipped with ball bearing drawer slides. An attractive recessed drawer body (gloss white) drawer case (sky blue) are standard. May be mounted left or right and stacked for multiple drawer units. Locks are keyed different. Full Extension 100# slides.
