Specially designed package for SMD/BGA rework. Also convenient for re-balling smaller BGA components. Includes major items as illustrated, the IR810 infra-red unit including foot pedal switch in addition to IR610 Infra-Red Preheater. Comes complete with manual, all necessary AC cords, plus extra accessories including multiple piece tweezer/brush set and solder-vac pick-up pen.

IR810 - 15VAC 150W output. Lamp temp. range 45 degrees C ~ 450 degrees C (113 degrees F ~ 842 degrees F); Time setting 0 ~ 900 sec
IR610 pre-heater - 650W. 30 degrees C ~ 350`C (86 degrees F ~ 662 degrees F).
